It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pets, we recommend that you check daily for any signs of wear. All our dog collars are made using the finest contoured saddlery buckle providing comfort and strength for your pet. All of our collars are reinforced with a high quality webbing for extra strength and durability.

You can make secure purchases on our site using PayPal, please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase our products via PayPal. Our site provides visitors with peace of mind by being SSL encrypted and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2), a strong key exchange (ECDHE_RSA with P-256), and a strong cipher (AES_128_GCM). Any data you submit via our website is held in accordance with the UK data protection act.

Delivery

All our items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Signed for recorded delivery or Air Mail for overseas orders. During busy periods our dispatch time may take a little longer. Our postage is £3.50 no matter how may items you order. International postage is £7.95 – this is a trackable service.

Returns

If your not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us and let us know the item fault. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

Exchanges

If you would like to change the size, colour or print of your item that’s no problem. Please email us at inquiries@ditsypet.co.uk and let us know what you would like instead. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure it’s safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
